Rule: Do not beat yourself up for feeling the way you do.

I'm an imperfect human. Sometimes I feel shitty. Really shitty. Often about myself.

And what's worse is that I then feel shitty about feeling so shitty about myself.

Talk about vicious circle!

So, rule: do not beat yourself for feeling the way that you do. It really only makes things worse. Just feel it, let the feeling past without doing anything rash, and you'll be fine.
